This was not the location or experience I booked and paid for. We feel scammed as despite booking AND PAYING a premium for Royal Sandals we were put in St Lawrence Building- admittedly new BUT on the other side of Sandals Barbados nowhere near Royal Barbados facilities or the beach and surrounded by service roads and a busy main road. I am planning to return in 2024 for a 3rd 7 day visit. Zaria with group sales on site was excellent as well. I highly recommend this resort especially for weddings, the weddings dept is excellent. This led to mis communications for my group and butlers. She did not communicate my pre arranged and pre-paid group accommodations to the resort as discussed for 6months. My only complaint is with the corporate group sales department. I am ready to go back for another 7 days in paradise. Tionne the pool side bar waitress was also amazing. I loved the baths, massages at Red Lane Spa ( Abigail). We stayed in the Royal Seaside Penthouse Suite with beautiful views. Lynnia, Josiah, and Shakeira were our butlers. I made friends from UK, Carolinas, and Virginia. My butler team was beyond amazing and cared about my vacation. This was my 2nd time back at Sandals Royal Barbados and I loved every minute on the resort.
